Message: This was my first experience at AutoTech. I was referred to AutoTech by my trusted mechanic who retired. AutoTech was fantastic. Very organized and clean shop, very personal service, work was done in a timely manner with great communication and transparency and for a fair price. They also drove me to my office in Stamford after I dropped the car off with them. Great service, particularly from Michael. I will be back.

Been there 3 times so far and each time they met or exceeded my expectations.. Keep up the great customer service and quality maintenance/repairs done right the first time.

Message: My alternator went out in the late afternoon near Stamford and this shop was excellent. Because of the timing they couldn't get me back up the same day but were quick to offer suggestions for hotels and restaurants in the area while I waited. The following day they communicated the repairs and costs to me very effectively and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't absolutely need to get home. Had me up and running by lunch time the following day and even provided transportation to and from my hotel for the night, if I found myself stranded in their area again they would definitely be my first call.

Message: Excellent customer service work was done properly and in a reasonable time frame. They not only gave me home, they returned and bought me back to the shop. I used them before for my Mercedes repair and was also very pleased. I definitely recommend them & will continue using them.

Message: First class service, friendly, helpful and very generous with their time. They checked my car for a potential brake booster problem that the Audi dealership said I had, found it was fine and didn’t charge me anything. They showed the same generosity with a potential power steering leak. This place builds trust with its customers and they even give you a free ride home after dropping your vehicle off. Message: Auto tech has been servicing and repairing my 2011 Audi A4 since it went out of warranty. The personal service as well as the work on my car have been excellent. They are attentive to every detail and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend the office staff as well as the mechanical work.
